Tread:The high-quality polyurethane elastomer cast by chemical reaction has a hardness of 95 Shore A, low walking noise, low rolling resistance, ground protection, very wear-resistant, high cutting and tearing strength, no trace, no dyeing, and excellent bonding effect with the wheel core.

Wheel core:45 # steel, cast iron, die-casting aluminum alloy, stainless steel and other metal materials can be selected according to the working conditions; the surface treatment can be selected from painting, phosphating, galvanizing, blackening, etc.

Other features:Resistant to various corrosive substances; working temperature:-30°CTo+70°C, short time up to+90°C, load capacity in+40°CDecrease above
