To deepen the application and innovation of polyurethane materials in high-end manufacturing scenarios, the HANKE technical team was recently invited to the Zhangjiakou production base of Lynk & Co, a premium brand under Geely Auto Group, for a technical exchange. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on the performance optimization and application adaptation of polyurethane wheels, rollers, and customized elastic components in automated automotive production lines.
Accompanied by Lynk & Co technical leaders, the HANKE team toured the highly automated welding and assembly workshops, inspecting key aspects of the production line, including the logistics system, AGV transfer equipment, and precision assembly stations. The automotive manufacturing environment places extremely high demands on components.
At the exchange meeting, HANKE Senior Engineer Mr. Wu Jie systematically introduced the company's core capabilities:
Leveraging polymer material modification technology, we can customize polyurethane formulas (such as adjusting hardness, rebound resilience, and friction coefficient) to achieve:
1. Developing ultra-quiet guide wheels to eliminate noise pollution on the production line
2. Designing anti-static and wear-resistant rollers to prevent dust absorption in precision assembly areas
3. Providing high-temperature and oil-resistant seals to extend equipment life in harsh operating conditions
4. Customizing high-precision shock-absorbing pads to improve robot repeatability
Lynk & Co Automotive Process Expert Mr. Deng highly praised this achievement:
"The performance flexibility of polyurethane materials far exceeds that of traditional metals and rubbers. HANKE's deep expertise in materials science provides new solutions to address pain points on the automotive production line, such as vibration and noise reduction, lightweight upgrades, and maintenance cost control. There is significant potential for collaboration between the two parties in applications such as AGV drive wheels and conveyor line load-bearing wheels."
