It is easy to overlook, yet it determines whether a machine runs steadily, stops accurately and lasts.

From 3 to 6 November 2026, CeMAT ASIA 2026 — Asia's leading trade fair for logistics technology and transportation systems — opens at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. HANKEPU is ready. 1. A leading logistics exhibition in Asia-Pacific

First held in 2000, CeMAT ASIA has a history of more than two decades. It is one of the most influential trade fairs for logistics technology and transportation systems in the Asia-Pacific region, and an important part of Hannover Fairs Shanghai's industrial exhibition series.

The previous edition covered over 80,000 square metres, gathered more than 900 exhibitors from China and abroad, and hosted nearly 40 concurrent events alongside eight co-located thematic shows. From system integration, conveying and sorting to logistics robots and forklifts with accessories, the industry's latest achievements were on show in one place. The year's most watched zones — AGV/AMR and embodied intelligence robots — are not to be missed.

3. Three core exhibits: understanding HANKEPU's engineering at a glance

At this edition we focus on the core requirements of AGVs and smart logistics equipment, presenting in one place a product portfolio that spans three scenarios — drive, load-bearing and cleanroom. In a single visit, you can see the full technical depth of our polyurethane wheels.

(1) Polyurethane drive wheels: where AGV power meets the floor

As the power output end of an AGV's travel system, the drive wheel converts motor torque into traction on the floor. It must grip the floor without damaging it; it must carry the machine's weight while holding dimensional stability through frequent starts and stops.

● High transmission efficiency and low rolling resistance, with stable response on start-up and braking;

● Multiple mounting configurations including flange and keyway designs, suited to different drive mechanisms and installation spaces;

● With Eamflex 93A tread, optimised for high wear resistance and high load capacity; with Saxflex 75A tread, optimised for floor protection and low noise — selectable to suit operating conditions;

● Widely used on the drive end of AGV/AMR, forklifts, stacker cranes, floor scrubbers and similar equipment.

(2) Idler and guide wheels: keeping the vehicle steady and on track

Drive wheels determine where the vehicle goes; idler and guide wheels determine how steadily and how straight it gets there. This product group is dedicated to attitude stability and path accuracy when AGVs run at speed and change direction frequently.

● Idler wheels share the vertical load, stabilise vehicle attitude and reduce load fluctuation on the drive wheels;

● Guide wheels constrain lateral displacement, maintain the travel path and reduce cumulative deviation over long distances;

● Hardness and tread compound can be adjusted to floor conditions, balancing load capacity against floor protection;

● Applied in volume on AGV/AMR, shuttle vehicles, lifts, automated parking systems and similar equipment.

(3) AMHS specialty wheels: into the semiconductor cleanroom

When an AGV moves from an ordinary warehouse into a wafer fab, the requirement on its wheels is no longer simply durability. Three things must hold at once: low particle generation, no electrostatic discharge, and no deformation — because in a cleanroom, particles worn from a wheel can contaminate wafers directly, and the loss of a single wafer far exceeds the price of the wheel itself.

● Low-shedding tread compound that reduces wear debris at the material level, suitable for ISO Class 5 cleanroom environments;

● Dissipative anti-static layer with surface resistance controlled at the ≤10⁸ Ω level, releasing static charge at a controlled rate;

● Critical dimensions inspected on a coordinate measuring machine, with runout controlled to ≤0.05 mm and full batch traceability;

● Ultrasonic cleaning and vacuum packaging before shipment, ready for direct line assembly;

● Available in multiple forms including OHT travel wheels, guide wheels and cleaning vehicle wheels, for semiconductor AMHS applications.

From the drive point where AGV power meets the floor, through the stabilising constraints that keep the vehicle on course, to the extreme conditions of the cleanroom — HANKEPU is using every polyurethane wheel to provide that layer of assurance closest to the ground for smart logistics equipment.
